5 lb. Yellow Cake Mix

A very simple to make yellow cake. Gives a nice sponge texture that isn't too dense but still sturdy enough to stack cakes. The batter is very yellow.

Great cake mix. Makes very good cakes. I also tried making it a little thicker in indivual containers and it works great for strawberry short cake.

This is really a great product. It is so convenient. I use it for making all size cakes and they seem to always turn out pretty well. I always add a teaspoon of vanilla into the batter.
