High Performance

This floor sealer will never yellows while it continues to protect your floor after all floor finish or wax has worn off. This sealer protects a variety of floor types for maximum versatility in your establishment. Use it on vinyl tile, vinyl asbestos, asphalt tile, linoleum, and rubber tile.

Easy to Use

Make sure your floor has been thoroughly stripped and rinsed and allowed to dry. For porous or well-worn floors, apply 2 coats of sealer followed by 2 or more coats of finish depending on the gloss desired. On new floor or floors in good condition, one coat of sealer should suffice.
