This 2 1/2 oz. #16 ice cream scoop / dipper is made of self- defrosting, cast aluminum with a green, color-coded cap for easy capacity identification. There is a defrosting liquid inside this dipper that is completely non- toxic and sealed. As it warms in the user's hand, it will slightly melt the ice cream, resulting in easier dipping.
