This Zeroll #10 ice cream scoop / dipper is made of one-piece aluminum and rolls ice cream with minimum compression, which gives you up to 20% more scoops of ice cream per gallon. Hand heat warms a non-toxic, fluid defroster in the handle of the dipper. Designed for right or left hand use. One piece design eliminates the need to replace springs.

    I used to go through a trigger style disher for ice cream almost every 2 weeks due to force of pushing the hard ice-cream. This works great and with zero moving parts, you don't have to worry about it breaking. The heat from your hand is really enough to cut though ice cream like butter. DON'T PUT IN DISHWASHER!

    Works very well, but becomes pitted very quickly. Must be immediately rinsed and dried off completely, which is hard in a heavy use environment. It would be much easier if it could soak in a sanitizer bin or be soaked in wash water. A little high maintenance in that area, but works well. Very happy with the size and performance.

    Works great Zeroll is the best , quick and reasonable price. Priced else where and Websturant had best price. Would recomend this product and all Zeroll products.
