Peach treated butcher paper, also known as steak paper is designed to help keep meat looking fresh while on display. This 15" wide orange colored paper is treated with sizing, which helps meat keep its color and hide the extra juices that run out of the meat. If you intend to freeze products in peach treated butcher paper, be sure to first wrap them in plastic. Each roll measures 18" wide and is 1000' long.
