Peach Treated Paper

Unlike white butcher paper that shows blood and excess juices, this peach paper hides unwanted stains to keep food looking appetizing! This means that it's perfect for framing meats in your display case. Additionally, the paper is treated to improve wet strength and leak resistance while allowing the meat to breathe when packaged.

Ample 700' Length

This 700' roll offers an ample supply for minimal replacements, and you can choose exactly how much paper you need for each job.

40# Paper

This thick, 40# butcher paper helps keep your meat and seafood well-insulated to retain freshness longer.

Customer Q&A Ask a Question

What is basis weight?
Basis weight is the weight of one ream of paper (500 sheets) when cut to the industry standard for that specific grade of paper. Therefore, the higher the basis weight, the heavier the paper. This weight may differ from the actual weight of the product being sold, so to differentiate the two, basis weight is often notated with a “#” sign after it, whereas the product weight is usually labeled with “lb.” after it.

this brown paper is easy to work with; it also worked great for wrapping meats being smoked, the paper held the moisture and the drippings

Awesome paper. We use these on trays for serving and for displaying meats. The paper really makes the food pop and does not showcase the juices like white paper can.

Luckily found webstaurante. Live in a state where "peach" butcher paper isn't available anywhere. Ready to change up the way I finish my smoked brisket and a great look to serve it. Price is remarkably cheaper than any other place I found.

I use this on the BBQ to perform that "Texas Crutch", or as sheets to serve meals on. From a meat wrap perspective while you are smoking meats, i prefer the peach treated paper over foil and plastic wrap. The reason why is because the paper still allows the meat to breathe, so the bark doesn't get soggy. Granted, you will need to double wrap the meat to prevent loss of liquids, but the paper does a great job of holding the liquids in. Don't be confused by other butcher papers. Peach treated is the right one you are looking for. Smoking meats in other paper that is not FDA approved, or has a wax lining is not a good idea.

Love this stuff. We searched far and wide for the right paper for our butcher shop. This is it. Our meat, sausage, and fish look great on it.
