Rapidly chop and emulsify both meats and vegetables and increase your yield by as much as 15% by allowing a higher percentage of water to be used. With less water being wasted there is less shrinkage and higher overall output.

Constructed entirely of durable stainless steel, this model is designed to withstand the wear and tear of a commercial kitchen. The front lid will not only prevent any physical contact with the blade while in motion, it also greatly muffles the noise of the chopping, making for an overall quieter operation. With its high powered 1800W 2 1/2 hp motor, sharp 3-knife blade, and variable speed control, this unit has the strength to handle your toughest processing needs.

The 2 speed control switch allows for more control over how coarse or fine you are processing your meats and vegetables. An internal thermometer probe with a digital readout allows you to constantly monitor the temperature to ensure you are not exceeding food safe levels due to the heat generated by the chopping mechanism. This device requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
