This Vollrath 11" 59950 non-stick stir fry pan conducts heat quickly and evenly. Its carbon-steel construction makes it suitable for use with induction ranges, and its SteelCoat x3 premium non-stick coating makes clean-up a snap and helps reduce the use of fats and oils.

This 11" non-stick stir fry pan has a riveted plated steel handle with a GatorGrip cover that stays cool to the touch!

For use with conventional ranges or 120V, 1.8 kW or less induction ranges.

11" diameter, 3 1/2" deep, with a 4 1/2 qt. capacity.
