Customer questions about this product
- What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
- A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.
For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
A staple of any commercial kitchen, the proper stock pots helps chefs with nearly every culinary creation. This 100 qt. stockpot is constructed of 20 gauge 18/8 stainless steel with a heavy-duty, 3-ply bottom consisting of two layers of stainless steel surrounding a 5mm thick aluminum core.
The design results in extra strength and allows for superior heat distribution. For added convenience, it is induction-ready and comes with the cover. Two reinforced stainless steel handles aid in easy transportation throughout your kitchen.

This pot is HUGE and very thick. You see the scale of the pot next to the mop bucket. I am a strong woman and can barely lift this pot to clean, but if you need a big pot this is a solid pick.

I purchased this 100 quart stainless stock pot for my home brewing hobby. I needed a pot large enough to make double batches and wanted to make sure i had enough room for any boil over. Great quality and easy to clean. I would recommend probably a 60 qt for the same job which I have already told a fellow home brewer about. Thick lid and absolutely would purchase again if needed.

This bad boy is HEAVY AND HUGE, so don't think it can be easily destroyed. i am pleased with performance whenever i use it to prepare large quantities of Soups and Brought. This pot seems to provide even distribution of heat thereby allowing everything to cook and not stick at the bottom as with my other Aluminum pots do, any stuck on food will come off with a little elbow grease, soap and steel wool , it also keeps the heat for a particularly long time when taken off direct flame. I am so proud of this unit , i engraved my name on it cause two of my friends just happened to have URGENT use for it lol. I give this unit a five star cause its worth it!!!
