Durable Dehumidifier

The XD-85L2 LGR dehumidifier works right away to lower the relative humidity levels in the space to 25%, removing invisible moisture that can otherwise compromise the integrity of your indoor space. Its roto-mold housing ensures it can withstand commercial use. It removes up to 85 pints of water per day at 80 degrees Fahrenheit and 60% relative humidity (AHAM), or 145 pints per day at 90 degrees Fahrenheit and 90% relative humidity (saturation). An automatic purge pump and drainage hose remove water from the tank when it's full, so you won't have to worry about downtime or how frequently the tank needs to be emptied.

Portable Use

To make transporting your drying kit easy, the kit includes a heavy-duty aluminum cart specifically designed for transporting its contents. An integrated storage compartment catches miscellaneous parts and tools and keeps them within reach. A convenient compartment on the top of the housing provides storage for the power cord and drain hose to keep things organized.

No, do not open a window. In order for the dehumidifier to operate properly, the moisture must be contained.

How long will it take my room to dry using this restoration kit?

You should plan for a minimum of 24 hours of uninterrupted drying. Do not shut the drying equipment off in the evenings. The drying process is complete once the room has reached 25% relative humidity. Relative humidity levels can be checked with a hygro-thermometer (sold separately).
