The chrome plate is easy to clean and prevents flavor transfer when cooking different types of products. Two high-output "U" shaped burners deliver 54,000 BTU of power for maximum efficiency, and are spread 12" apart on the griddle surface. Independent manual infinite heat controls mean that you can establish different cooking zones and effectively cook burgers, bacon, and other product at the same time.

The chrome surface acts as an insulator and reduces emission of radiant heat compared to standard griddle plates. Cleaning the griddle's surface is also quick and easy - just scrape, scrub the surface with water, then wipe and polish. On average, chrome griddle plates take 45% less time to clean than steel griddle plates, reducing labor costs to save you money.

For long-lasting durability that withstands a harsh commercial environment, this unit boasts a fully welded stainless steel body with an aluminized frame.
