Perfect for bakeries and commercial kitchens where space is at a premium, the Win-Holt NHPL-1810/HH undercounter non-insulated holding / proofing cabinet condenses the durability and power of a full-size cabinet into a compact, easy to clean unit! This anodized aluminum undercounter proofing cabinet is equipped to handle ten 18" x 26" full size sheet pans for maximum storage capacity. It also features 1440 watts of power to quickly provide temperatures up to 115 degrees Fahrenheit during its "Proof" mode and 185 degrees Fahrenheit during "Heat" mode.
The NHPL-1810/HH proofing cabinet's pre-programmed "Proof" and "Heat" modes set the general temperature and humidity to the appropriate setting for proofing dough or holding hot foods, respectively. A built-in air baffle and circulating air blower provide even heat distribution to maintain foodsafe temperatures without drying food out. Heat and humidity are separately adjustable via two bottom-mounted analog controls next to a digital LED thermometer that clearly and accurately displays internal temperature, all of which is attached to a removable drawer for easy cleaning and maintenance.
For convenient preparation, this model also comes with a 5/8" thick polytop that provides added functionality as a work station. A crystal clear Lexan pane allows for interior viewing and provides a tight seal to retain heat and humidity. Four 4" polyurethane casters (two with locks) provide easy mobility and prevent unsightly floor marks and scratches, while corner bumpers provide product safety and keep walls and counters free of scratches. The NHPL-1810/HH is ETL and NSF Listed, requires a 120V electrical connection, and comes with a cord and NEMA 5-15P plug. Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
