Use this Weston 01-0101 Roma two-speed motor attachment to convert your Weston food strainer or pasta machine into an electric unit! This 2 speed motor attachment connects directly to either of these units, allowing you to free up your hands as you create your signature tomato sauce or pasta dish. Featuring an on/off pulse button and an easily attachable ravioli adapter, this motor allows you to intermittently start and stop your pasta machine when filling your ravioli for increased control and consistency. This motor attachment requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
