Perfect for buffet-style setups, this food well holds 1 standard 12" x 20" steam table pan up to 6" deep, and it can be operated either dry or wet for maximum convenience and versatility. A deep drawn stainless steel warming pan, one-piece stainless steel top flange, and tubular heating elements ensure that this warmer will provide years of reliable heating and superior durability.

This food well is designed to make installation simple, too. The unique Wellslok tabs turn out to lock the well into place, providing quick and easy installation in stainless steel countertops. The infinite control is housed in a remote, oval panel with a guard ring to help prevent accidental temperature changes.
