Use this Wells 5P-MOD200DM drop-in hot food well with drains to keep your signature foods at just the right temperature for serving on the buffet line! This food well accommodates up to (2) 12" x 20" food pans at a time, and allows you to control the temperature for each well individually via remote infinite controls. Its fully insulated design ensures energy efficiency during operation, too. With its deep drawn stainless steel warming pans and tubular heating elements, you can also be sure that this warmer will provide years of reliable heating and superior durability.

This particular well includes drain manifolds to help to funnel away waste water, as well as a Wellslock system to ensure simple installation. It requires a 208/240V electrical connection for operation.
