Good product. Easy to clean. Powerful. Nice large 64oz blender on it. Great for bar and kitchen, and at about a hundred bucks less than a VitaPrep, easy on the wallet!!!!

This is great. Just as good as the vita-preps, and at a lower price. they make perfect purees, great for soups, sauces, anything really.

Great blender. Super simple with very few buttons, but very powerful. Chops chocolate chips, pecan, walnuts, and ice with ease. Great for mixing thick milkshakes.

This is a 5 star product for me. This blender is extremely powerful and works fast, even at the low setting. The 64oz container/cup size makes it great for soups and sauces. Highly recommended.

This unit truly deserves a 5-star rating. I have had it for six months now, and wish I had bought it years ago. I got the 64 oz. container for larger batches of iced smoothies. It makes the smoothest pureed soups in just a few seconds -- I toss in chunks of cooked chicken thighs, lots of steamed broccoli & cauliflower, and a can of Swansons chicken broth for a thick and creamy puree. It handles the ice for my smoothies and frozen margaritas without a problem (something my other blenders could never do). With all that going on and it doesn't budge from it's place--no walking. It's built like a little tank with minimal moving parts, and I expect it to be in service for a very long time because of the quality materials used in its manufacture. I'm 64, and this could well be the last blender I will ever have to purchase. A well-planned unit that's simple to use and easy to clean. 6 months and I'm still excited about it! I often remark to my husband, "Why didn't we invest in a quality commercial blender 40 years ago?"

Very effective at pulverizing ice; sturdy construction ensures the machine, especially the container, will not break. Even when dropped, the container did not break. Recommended for any bar.

This blender is expensive but so far pretty great. It is very tall at 18 inches but constructed of metal in all the right places. Worth the expense and hopefully will outlast any other blender I have had.

I purchased this blender 3 months ago and it is by far the best blender I have seen. It turns frozen Strawberries and / or ice into snow in just a couple of seconds. We have a large family and it is being used daily many times. Soups have taken on a new meaning in our lives, almost every day, due to the ability of this blender. The spout is no drip. The base can be easily wiped off. The container is huge and more importantly the lid is so well designed you do not need to stand and hold the lid as you have to on other so called commercial blenders. Highly impressed. I have been in the market for a professional / commercial grade blender for a very long time and I have spend hours researching the cost / features of several blenders. I found myself in need of a high powered blender because my Oster 6803 450 Watt blender was not up to the task of processing large chunks of frozen fruit for smoothies, and would simply lock up. I ended up looking into the blenders that dessert and smoothie shops use and that what lead me to the Waring MX line of blenders, the Vitamix 5200, and the Blendtec 1560-Watt Blender. After comparing all three blenders I opted to go with the Waring due to the MX series all metal construction between the drive shaft and the gears on the actual carafe, the lower price, and the fact that the Warring also has models lacking the electronic membrane keyboard interface (Unnecessarily complex and very expensive to repair down the line). The replacement carafe on the MX line is much less than the other brands. Most importantly I found that more restaurants are using the Waring series of blenders, as these machines are designed to produce in excess of a hundred smoothies a day under normal use. I was initially going to order the Waring MX1000R which is the highest end blender that Waring advertises towards it's home user market, however that model has a smaller 3.0 HP motor and is around $70 more than the more expensive MX1000XT which is the entry level commercial blender with a 3.5 HP motor. Other than the larger motor, the two units are identical with the same carafes, switches, and accessorizes. In the end I ended up purchasing the Waring MX1000XT 3.5 HP blender for the lower cost and I could not be happier. *** A word of caution, no matter how powerful the blender, you will need some level of liquid in order to properly blend things. I have filled the entire unit with frozen fruit, however some juice is needed to get the blending process started.***

This is one of the best purchases made. It blends everything for smoothies really fast including the ice. It is extremely easy to use and clean. I bought two!

Great Blender and what a deal! I checked out several 3 hp blenders and could not find one under $350. I just got this one on Saturday and have had smoothies every morning since it arrived. This blender chopped an avocado seed with no problem and turned hazel nuts into dust in my smoothie. 3.5 hp for $299 - I couldn't be happier!

I did a lot of research before buying this item. I have used this blender for 10 months now. I have not had any problems with this model. I love it and use it daily. I have used mostly for green smoothies but have also used for creamed soups and juicing. It is powerful and will blend anything in seconds. The container is a good size, and has not had any discoloring or wear shown. It is easy to clean. I fits on my countertop under my cabinets. I am overall very pleased with purchase, and would recommend to a friend (in fact I have). I also would recommend Webstaurant store to buy from. They were very professional, quick to deliver and had great communication.
