The CB15 blender also features a stainless steel container with two handles and a clear see-through lid. It also has an easy-to-clean electronic membrane panel, is dishwasher-safe, and comes with a one-piece jar pad and a slow-start feature.

The CB15 is recommended for heavy food preparation. This makes it great for use in large restaurants, healthcare, schools, and institutions to make dressings, salsa, sauces, soups, and more.

    Great and user friendly blender. Easy to store size for our kitchen and essential for the types of emulsion and sauces we are making. Would buy another one if I needed it.
