Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
Vulcan VBB1F Details
This Vulcan VBB1F V Series 36" liquid propane heavy duty broiler with ceramic radiant burners allows you to sear meat, toast sandwiches, melt cheese, and make other delicious broiled dishes! Equipped with four 25,000 BTU ceramic tile faced infrared burners, this broiler delivers 100,000 BTU per hour to keep up with high demand orders in a commercial environment. With a sleek stainless steel exterior and a heavy-duty 25" x 25" rolled steel broiler grid, this unit is both easy to clean and easy to operate.
A full width, floating stainless steel drip pan can also be removed for convenient cleaning. This broiler has a pilot ignition system and infinite heat controls for broiling effectiveness. The unit is equipped with a 1 1/4" front gas manifold. It is designed to be used with a refrigerated base mount (sold separately). A liquid propane gas connection is required for operation.
