With a large 75 lb. capacity but a small countertop footprint, this fryer is great for small concession stands and bars where fried foods are in high demand. It features stainless steel front and sides with a 16 gauge stainless steel frying tank for long-lasting durability.

For your convenience, this model has a front condiment rail that is perfect for storing towels, tongs, or food pans. It is also equipped with twin fry baskets with plastic coated handles, a tank brush, a clean out rod, and a drain extension so you have all the tools you need to use and clean this fryer. It has a full port ball type drain valve and a quick disconnect drain pipe for easy cleaning.

When you want to make batches of french fries, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, or popcorn shrimp for hungry customers, this fryer is a great choice. You can place this unit on your existing countertop to avoid taking up floor space that you need for other equipment.

This unit has solid state controls to make sure you can keep the oil at the right temperature. It uses low watt density ribbon heating elements to bring the oil up to temperature. For operation, this model requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection and has an output of 24kW.
