Perfect for heavy duty frying searing and browning, this 14" Vollrath Z4014 Wear-Ever nonstick fry pan features Vollrath's CeramiGuard II non-stick finish so your ingredients will slide from the pan without clinging. Made of even heating 3004 series aluminum, this pan can stand up to the wear and tear of your commercial kitchen, and is even scratch-resistant for longevity! It also includes Vollrath's Cool Handle with removable silicone sleeve for increased user comfort and safety. The handle is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
