    This is a beautiful cookie sheet. The usable space (the flat area) is the full 14" by 17". Outer measurement is 17-3/4". Large baking surface. Its heavy gauge seems to ensure no burnt bottoms. Lovely pan.

    This cookie sheet is great for baking cookies especially but all products that require baking. I have never had any trouble with hot spots on the sheet. Whatever I am cooking, it is always evenly cooked.
