Made of durable 14 gauge, type 3004 aluminum, this Vollrath Wear Ever 67541 flat cover / lid features a welded "Torogard" dipped handle that's easy to grasp, stays cool to the touch, and is heat resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
