Made of durable 14 gauge, type 3004 aluminum, this Vollrath Wear Ever 67491 domed cover / lid features a welded "Torogard" dipped handle that's easy to grasp, stays cool to the touch, and is heat resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The coated handle also features Agion antimicrobial protection for added safety and sanitation. A domed cover like this one helps hold moisture in the pot or pan.
