The aluminum platen gives buns a perfectly toasted surface for sandwiching juicy meats, vegetables, and sauces without getting soggy and falling apart. The easily-cleaned release sheet ensures that buns don't catch or stick inside the machine.

This toaster has two openings so that four bun halves can be loaded at a time. The openings can accommodate buns ranging from 1/2" to 1" thick. The unit includes an adjustable spring-loaded pressure plate so that it can function with all different bun styles. Each side of the toaster has independent speed control so you can control the machine's output. The maintenance-free drive system doesn't require lubrication, making it easy on the operator. A thermostatic temperature dial allows you to control the heavy-duty heating elements to set the unit's heat for just the right level of toastiness. A fan control switch senses the temperature of the unit and keeps the fan running until the toaster is completely cool. Burger chains and fast food joints will find this bun toaster indispensible!
