Perfect for frying searing and browning, this 10" Vollrath S4010 Wear-Ever nonstick fry pan features Vollrath's Power Coat 2 non-stick finish that combines exceptional release abilities with scratch-resistant durability. Able to stand up to the demands of your busy commercial kitchen, this pan's coating ensures food easily slides from the pan. Made from even heating 3004 series aluminum, and the pan includes Vollrath's Cool Handle with removable silicone sleeve for increased user comfort and safety. The handle is oven safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
