The Vollrath Redco 15153100 ten section wedge blade is a direct replacement for the one that came with your Vollrath Redco 15153 InstaCut 5.0 (sold separately)! Keep an extra blade on hand to reduce downtime in your busy commercial kitchen, or use this blade to change the cutting style and size of another InstaCut 5.0 model. Please note that if you are changing the cut size of your unit, you may need to purchase a new pushing block assembly as well (sold separately). See Companion Items for compatible InstaCut 5.0 models. NSF Listed.
