Add versatility to your existing Vollrath Redco InstaCut 5.0 tabletop unit with the Vollrath Redco 1515208 eight section wedge T-Pack! This set includes a T-handle, pusher block, and blades that will easily turn an array of fruits and vegetables into 8 clean wedges with each push of the handle. Simply swap out the original components on your original wedging, coring, or dicing InstaCut 5.0 (sold separately) and begin slicing away!

For maximum convenience, the durable thermoset blades never need to be adjusted and are resistant to corrosion, even when in contact with tomato juice and other acidic substances. See Companion Items for compatible InstaCut 5.0 models. NSF Listed.
