The Vollrath Redco 15062 1/4" dicing blade assembly is a direct replacement for the set that came with your Vollrath Redco 15000 or 15016 InstaCut 3.5 (sold separately)! Keep an extra pair on hand to quickly swap out blades if needed during busy times in your commercial kitchen, or use this assembly to change the cutting style and size of another InstaCut 3.5 unit.

The 6.4 mm thick blades and 3 1/2" square cutting surface are designed to remain sturdy and resist corrosion. Plus, the whole assembly easily snaps into place on your InstaCut unit! Please note that if you are changing the cut size of your unit, you may need to purchase a new pushing block assembly as well (sold separately). Please see Companion Items for compatible units. NSF Listed.
