This set includes a T-handle, pusher block, and blade assembly that will easily core and slice an array of fruits and vegetables with each push of the handle. For maximum convenience, the durable thermoset blades never need to be adjusted and are resistant to corrosion, even when in contact with tomato juice and other acidic substances.
