An 18-0 stainless steel exterior provides durability and versatility, making this food pan ideal for use with gas, electric, or induction ranges. At the same time, its 3004 series aluminum core provides even heat distribution on the bottom of the pan and the side walls. An 18-8 stainless steel interior ensures easy cleaning, but won’t affect the color or flavor of your most popular dishes.

For the most elegant presentation, this Vollrath Miramar 49434 2.8 qt. food pan’s interior and exterior stainless steel surfaces feature a beautiful satin finish, making it perfect for heated shelves, steam tables with adapter plates, or induction ranges.
