At the same time, its 3004 series aluminum core provides even heat distribution on the bottom of the pan and the side walls. An 18-8 stainless steel interior ensures easy cleaning, but won’t affect the color or flavor of your most popular dishes.

For the most elegant presentation, this Vollrath Miramar 49431 7 qt. French oven’s interior and exterior stainless steel surfaces feature a beautiful satin finish, while eye-catching mirror finished handles serve as built-in cover rests and make for easy removal from adapter plates.
