An 18-0 stainless steel exterior provides durability and versatility, making this brazier pan ideal for use with gas, electric, or induction ranges. At the same time, its 3004 series aluminum core provides even heat distribution on the bottom of the pan and the side walls. An 18-8 stainless steel interior ensures easy cleaning, but won’t affect the color or flavor of your most popular dishes.
For the most elegant presentation, this Vollrath Miramar 49425 12" brazier pan’s interior and exterior stainless steel surfaces feature a beautiful satin finish, while eye-catching mirror finished handles serve as built-in cover rests and make for easy removal from adapter plates. Dress up the handles even more by tying on your most festive colored napkins! This brazier pan is perfect for heated shelves, steam tables with adapter plates, or induction ranges. NSF Listed.
