This Vollrath N3411 Centurion 11" non stick fry pan features a 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom for quick, even heat distribution. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel provides increased durability, and makes this nonstick fry pan induction ready! Its durable non-stick coating allows for easy release and cleanup, and reduces the need to use cooking sprays or oils.

This Centurion non stick induction fry pan's 18-8 stainless steel construction won't pit or discolor, and helps limit flavor transfer.
