This Vollrath N3408 Centurion 8" non stick fry pan features a 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom for quick, even heat distribution. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel provides increased durability, and makes this nonstick fry pan induction ready! Its durable non-stick coating allows for easy release and cleanup, and reduces the need to use cooking sprays or oils.

This Centurion non stick induction fry pan's 18-8 stainless steel construction won't pit or discolor, and helps limit flavor transfer. It features a "Stay Cool" hollow handle design that is designed to last. The Vollrath N3408 Centurion induction ready clad bottom non-stick fry pan is NSF Listed. This is a great non stick pan. Perfect for any high production kitchen. Perfect if you have delicate items or even breakfast things! Great buy!

this pan is really nice and great. I got this pan two years ago, the condition is still nice and sharp. It won't stick anything on my food. whenever I sear my protein, it all comes out nice and brown.

what a super value for a non stick fry pan. when you want a great product stick to the vollrath line. just make sure you tell your staff no scrup pads.
