Thanks to its aluminum clad bottom, this 8 quart Vollrath / Lincoln 3501 stock pot heats quickly and evenly. Stock pots like this one are ideal for preparing soups, cooking pasta, large vegetables, steaming and boiling lobster! A stock pot's tall, narrow profile also helps preserve liquids longer and forces them to bubble up through the ingredients in the pot, maximizing flavor transfer.

An included cover helps retain moisture while cooking, and its durable brushed stainless steel surface distributes heat quickly, and won't pit, discolor, or transfer flavors.
