The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4780922 hi-temp 9 1/2" stainless steel tong with nylon end and coated handle will not scratch or mar non-stick surfaces, like other tongs. The concave scalloped utility end gently grips food, and the nylon end makes it ideal for non-stick cookware.

The no-spring design of the Vollrath 4780922 tong is safe and sanitary, and its heavy-gauge stainless steel body is resistant to corrosion and rusting. Its coated handle is equipped with Vollrath's Agion antimicrobial protection, and provides a cool, comfortable grip.

The nylon ends are heat resistant up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and the handle is heat resistant up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. NSF Listed.

    I have tried to use standard Stainless Steel tongs in Non-Stick pans before and it's too hard not to scratch the surface. With this pair of tongs you get the Vollrath/Jacob's Pride quality in a great non-stick pair of tongs. I only wish they would have come out with these sooner!
