The Vollrath 75070 half size stainless steel 8 cup egg poacher / juice glass holder set comes with everything you need to make perfect poached eggs! The pan, plate, and cover are constructed out of durable and easy-to-clean 18/8 stainless steel, and the lift-out individual egg cups are made of aluminum.

Overall dimensions: 12"W x 10"L. Each hole measures 2 23/32" in diameter.

Another possible use of this Vollrath egg poacher set would be holding juice glasses on a cold buffet bar.
