The Vollrath 72175 11 qt. soup warmer kettle has 900W and is ideal for heating your frozen soups and sauces to piping hot and then serving from the same thermostatically controlled unit. The low- profile design on the 72175 allows easy access from most countertops, and the thermostat is recessed, to avoid accidental changing of the temperature. The 72175 has an epoxy-coated, cast aluminum body and four stable, unbreakable cast legs. The 72175 comes complete with an inset, a slotted cover with hinge, soup cards and a "Soup'r" clip. The 72175 measures 15 3/4"W x 15 3/4"D x 11 1/2"H, and is UL and NSF listed.
