The Vollrath 72165 11 qt. soup warmer kettle has 650W and is ideal for holding prepared soups at serving temperature. The low-profile design on the 72165 allows easy access from most countertops, and the thermostat is recessed, to avoid accidental changing of the temperature. The 72165 has an epoxy-coated, cast aluminum body and four stable, unbreakable cast legs. The 72165 comes complete with an inset, a slotted cover with hinge, soup cards and a "Soup'r" clip. The 72165 measures 15 3/4"W x 15 3/4"D x 11 1/2"H, and is UL and NSF listed.
