Heat and hold a variety of foods at safe temperatures for display and self-serve areas with the Vollrath 72090 Nitro full-size power rethermalizer! This rethermalizer operates with 1440W of heating power to ensure your food stays at 165 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, keeping it safe from bacteria and other contaminants.
A capillary thermostat lets you easily adjust the rethermalizer's temperature, while its spacious well accommodates food pans up to 4" deep. It also has an extra large water reservoir so it can operate with wet heat for longer. For durability and convenience, this rethermalizer features a stainless steel well and 1" adjustable feet. This Vollrath rethermalizer requires a 120V connection for operation.
