Versatile Uses

This inset can be used to cook pasta in specific amounts or blanch vegetables for use in other dishes. Its deep pocket is perforated with evenly spaced 3/16" holes to keep pasta and vegetables contained while straining out water, oil, or other liquids.

Separate Batches

This pasta inset lets you cook separate batches of pasta without draining the boiling water for each batch. Save time by keeping your pasta contained and ready to remove and drain with ease!

For Use with 18.5 Qt. Pots

Four insets fit into (1) 14" x 7" 18.5 qt. pot so you can cook multiple measured servings of pasta at once. Cook different types of pasta simultaneously, or portion out the same type of pasta evenly.

What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?

A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
