Vollrath 5220 Wear-Ever Aluminum Bun/Sheet Pan - 1/4 Size, 16 Gauge, Curled Rim, 9 1/2" x 13"

My first use was in a 425-degree oven. The pan warped. Others have stated they warp over 400 degrees. I guess I'll have to use these to bake cookies.

I was looking for a full size sheet pan and cooling rack that would well together. I purchased this sheet pan and pared it with the full sized 16 x 24 cooling rack, item number 4070038, and it worked perfect.

These are invaluable for any food service establishment. We use them in our Cambro warmers to separate food and then also use them as a heating element in delivery bags for catering. The steel gets incredibly hot and holds up great even after hundreds of washings.

Really nice heavy duty pan. I mostly use it with the lid that snaps on to proof dough in small batches but also use it for small baking batches in the oven.

Nice heavy duty pans but measure your oven before purchasing. I bought two thinking they'd fit in a 30" oven and it wasn't even close. Now they are used for thawing chicken wings in a large fridge and work well - no flex in them at all.

I was happy to discover these little 1/8 baking sheets! These are perfect when you want to roast a small quantity of garlic, onions, etc. in the oven. You can also use them as little serving trays - perfect size for a sandwich and side! I have used Volrath baking sheets for years and found them to be far better quality than those I use to buy at local department stores.

The curled rim is wonderful. No edge to get splatters that are impossible to clean. Pan has a nice heft to it, sturdy but not too heavy.

Built with a high quality aluminum material. We use in our store to cook party size pizzas and they come really good every time, the thickness of the pan is perfect for cooking stuff in the oven.

I got one of these along with a few of the Bakers' Mark quarter size pans (https://www.webstaurantstore.com/search.html?searchval=407BUNQRTR). I thought this would be significantly heavier duty, but to my surprise it is almost indistinguishable. Don't get me wrong, both are solid choices and feel like they will last forever. I have abused them quite a bit and they still look nearly new.

It’s a lil smaller than i would liked but it’s actually great for heating up small portions in the oven !! It’s light and easy to clean.

A few months ago I purchased 2 of the Vollrath 18g half sheets and matching lids, and 2 of the Vollrath 16g quarter sheets with matching lids. Overall they are exceptional and seem to be wearing better than the nordicware sheet pans that I had previously, as I've cooked with them just about every other night.

Yet another Cooks' Illustrated recommendations for kitchenware. Great for using weekly in our countertop toaster oven, which cannot accommodate a full sized tray. Good for roasting enough veggies for 1-2 people. Solid buy.

Excellent small trays for baking. It took awhile to find the answer to my question of whether they can be cleaned with steel wool. The answer is no, they should only be cleaned with non-abrasive pads or else the protective coating will be ruined. The coating isn't a non-stick kind, but it is a coating of some sort that will protect the pans from rusting.
