The White Glove agent will call to schedule a delivery appointment within a four hour window, which gives you the flexibility to work around your busy schedule and to prepare the space where your item will be placed. Upon delivery, trained professionals will unload your item from the truck, bring it into the room of choice, unpack the item and remove all packaging debris from the premises.

Please note that White Glove delivery will typically add 5 - 7 business days to your order's transit, and only includes 30 minutes of on-site time. Getting your brand new charbroiler cleaned, seasoned, and ready to use is easy! A properly seasoned charbroiler will produce better tasting food. Plus, it will last longer, resist rusting better, and be easier to clean. Follow these easy steps to season your charbroiler. After you’ve uncrated your charbroiler and hooked it up, it’s a good idea to wash the exterior with a mild detergent. Next, light all the burners and leave them at the maximum setting for 30 minutes. This will burn off any oils, dust, or protective coatings from the shipping and manufacturing processes. After the grates have cooled completely, you’ll want to season them to prevent sticking. First, coat the grates with a high-heat cooking spray or oil like Canola oil. It’s a good idea to wipe them with a paper towel or cloth to make sure you have them covered evenly. Next, turn all your burners on high and leave them on for 30 minutes or until your charbroiler stops smoking. Turn off the burners and let the unit cool off. Now your charbroiler is seasoned and ready to use!

Cook delicious burgers, hot dogs, fish, and other grilled entrees with the Vollrath 407312 Cayenne 36" medium duty charbroiler! This charbroiler comes with one burner every six inches and up to 120,000 BTUs of heat so that you have plenty of cooking space and power to make your most popular grilled entrees. The narrow grill plates are designed with channels to siphon away fat from the grilling surface, while the angled adapter bars give you the chance to slow cook food for greater versatility.

This charbroiler features all metal control knobs for easy operation and gas valve protection, and the cool-touch bull nose design helps prevent accidental burns during use. The whole unit is made of stainless and aluminized steel, fully welded to help eliminate grease and dirt traps. And thanks to its adjustable legs, you can situate this charbroiler at the perfect height for your kitchen.

The Vollrath 407312 Cayenne 36" medium duty charbroiler is ETL and CSA Listed and has a 3/4" NPT gas inlet. It is set up for natural gas and field convertible to propane.Please consult the Specification Sheet for additional details.
