Use this Vollrath 3704 Centurion 4 1/4 qt. induction sauce pan to create or reduce sauces, cook vegetables and more! It features a 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom for quick, even heat distribution. A thin bottom wafer of stainless steel provides increased durability, and makes this sauce pan induction ready.

This Centurion sauce pan's 18-8 stainless steel construction won't pit or discolor, and helps limit flavor transfer. It utilizes a "Stay Cool" welded hollow handle design that is built to last. The Vollrath 3704 Centurion induction ready clad bottom sauce pan is NSF Listed. See Companion Items for a compatible cover.

    Day to day wear cant break these down. easy to clean and they heat up quick. This is a great buy for anyone who needs a reputable sauce pot.
