The Precise Slicer from Victorinox is one of the most versatile food slicers on the market today! Thanks to its built-in, adjustable thickness guide, every cut is perfect and consistent!

Its high- quality Swiss-made stainless steel blade with serrated edge is tough enough for the most difficult slicing tasks. The handle is ergonomically-designed for a stable, comfortable grip, and is constructed from a durable and easy-to-clean poly-nylon material. The Precise Slicer's cutting guide features an easy-to-adjust knob to select the cutting thickness, with a range from 1/16" to 1/2".

The Victorinox Precise Slicer serrated slicer knife with a right-handed design has an 8 1/4" blade. Its overall length, including the handle, is 13 3/4".
