Victorinox 7.6058.20 9" Offset Serrated Edge Bread Knife with Fibrox Handle

I own a lot of Victorinox knives but never this one until now. Retired my old heavy standard bread knife for this one, the offset is magic for any bread product especially hard refrigerated loaves. Easy on my wrists.

This is another home run for victorinox, there is no reason to buy anything else because this bread knife is so well suited for it's job.

This is a great bread knife, and can even be used for all types of vegetable prep, since it is so comfortable and the blade is very sharp!

I'm so excited about this knife. No longer will I be forced to suffer my knuckles grinding against a cutting board while just trying to slice a crostini!

The offset design is great. Much better than standard bread knives where the handle goes below the blade. The standard fibrox handle is great although you don't really have to be concerned with having slimy hands while cutting bread.

Very easy to use the bread knife to slice buns in half quite quickly. The handle is positioned well and the knife cleans very easily, despite the serrations. It's pretty light and ready for everyday use.

Our kitchen team really likes using these knives. We find them easy to use and to clean. We find that they do not wear as well as hoped but still a great knife.

These knifes are pretty good, being extremely cheap. We've bought many for our stores, and they work well. They dull fast though, but it's not much of a problem.

This cheap knife was designed by a genius. Our drawers are full of expensive serrated knives mean for bread, and none of them work well at all. By offsetting the handle, this one allows you to use the flat part of the blade to cut clear down through the bottom crust. Bought several and will buy mare if I need to, but they seem to last very well.

This is my favorite knife. It's incredibly sharp, though, so watch out when handling it. It cuts bread, cakes, and really anything you could want very well. The offset handle is helpful to keep knuckles from hitting the table when cutting bread.

This knife is great for cutting veggies up on the fly. I also use it to cut sandwiches up for my daughter. It cuts threw bread like butter and the cuts are nice and even. I recommend this knife for any deli workers it will make life easier.

This is my favorite large knife. It is useful for more than cutting bread. It stays sharp and the offset feature only adds to its value. I've given it at a gift to many appreciative friends.

I purchased this knife after watching a video teaching biscotti technique. The instructor recommended using an offset serrated knife to cut the biscotti prior to the second bake, I had always used a regular serrated knife. I chose to purchase the Victorinox brand due to quality as well as its reasonable price. This knife is extremely sharp and has a nice hand feel. It worked like a gem cutting the biscotti with less crumbling as I would have in the past with other serrated knives.

This is very well made and durable. I love the offset. It makes cutting bread and sandwiches easier which is definitely a time saver in my busy kitchen. I would definitely recommend.

This is the go to knife for so much in the kitchen. Arrives razor sharp, and stays that way for a while. I used to stick to the softgrip offset from Dexter, but this Victorinox for the price is far superior.

This knife is rather unique to it's kind. You won't have to worry about your wet hands slipping off the handle. It is very sharp! You can use this knife for multiple cuttings other than for bread.

Yet another great product from the victorinox fibrox collection. I own almost all their knives and it is a delight to use them in the kitchen everyday. The handle is offset to allow comfortable handling and the sharp serrated edge cuts through the bread crusts like its cutting through butter. The edge after constant use of over a year still is sharp and the handle as comfortable as ever. The tip of the knife curves gently without a really sharp tip and the width of the blade to the weight feels right.

This is the best bread knife I have ever owned, and I have owned many. It cuts through bread like it was butter. The handle is very comfortable to cut with and the Fibrox material for the handle lets you have a good grip at the knife at all times. It also comes at very reasonable price. This product is a very good buy!
