This 12" slicing knife from Victorinox features a granton-edge, high- carbon, stainless steel blade with a reliable edge for smooth even slicing. The granton edge is used to break suction, allowing smooth even slicing. This knife will not discolor or corrode, plus, it is NSF Listed and has a black, Fibrox handle.

Formerly known as RH Forschner 47645.

    Victorinox always makes a good blade, they are sturdy and the German style blade-ship helps them stay sharp. This carving knife is perfect for when we bake whole hams this holiday!

    Excellent quality knife.It makes it very easy for consistent appearing slices that we need in the BBQ competitions.I have never been disappointed with Forschner.
