This 10 1/4" wavy-edge, curved bread knife from Victorinox has a stainless steel ground blade that is highly durable and exceptional at "holding an edge". This blade goes through a special hardening process that results in excellent corrosion resistance. This knife is NSF Listed and has a black, Fibrox handle.

    These are great knives for cutting Porchetta. They slice through the cripsy skin of the pork with ease. Victornox makes very dependable and long lasting knives. Well worth the price.

    This is a very high quality sharp serrated knife. It is a good value for the money. The handle has a good slip resistant texture.
