    I had to get these to make my chocolate Lava cakes. And they are perfect. Just the right serving size. I also use them for making souffles and for dipping sauces.

    the ramekins were perfect to make Carnival Cruises Chocolate melting cake. So we can "relive" our cruise any time!! Also, I use the ramekins to put little snacks in for my grandson.

    This is a standard size ramekin. It's sturdy and won't burn the bottom of your custard. Dishwasher safe and easy to clean. You will love this item.
