Featuring a 70/30 split belt with individually adjustable speed settings, the unit uses variable-speed recirculating impingement technology to ensure fast and even cooking. A set of (2) 6" conveyor extensions are included to help simplify the production process.

This particular oven includes built-in diagnostics to make maintenance as intuitive as possible. It also uses a mono-finger impingement system, which provides both the high-quality results you expect from impingement cooking and an easy-to-clean design sure to speed up clean-up at the end of the day. When the oven is not in use, its idle mode helps reduce energy consumption.

From baking pizza to cooking asparagus, this unit offers great flexibility in the kitchen. Its countertop design even makes it easy to install, while its stainless steel exterior and interior make it a smart, long-lasting investment.
